mar, Tàpies Museum, Barcelona, 2026.
mar is a spatial intervention in the Tàpies Museum in Barcelona. It has two parts that were both made by blue carbon paper (the traditional CC paper) and it is an ultra-light, horizontal answer to Tàpies’s repetitive concern with verticality and the wall. It was installed on the occasion of the residency Mur Mur i Zo that I shared with Georgia Vardarou and whose aim was the exploration of the exhibition The Perpetual Movement of the Wall.
